Paul Tanton is the heart of U-Vita. With 25+ years of corporate leadership experience — spanning training, consulting, product management, and senior leadership — Paul has seen the impact of both strong and weak leadership.

10-Year Timeline (2015–2025)
U-Vita founded
Established with a vision to transform leadership through personalized coaching and behavioural insight, laying the foundation for a decade of growth.
First executive coaching cohort
Launched the first formal cohort of senior leaders, introducing U-Vita’s structured coaching framework and creating measurable impact in leadership effectiveness.
Shadowmatch integration
Adopted the Shadowmatch behavioural tool to provide deeper insights into clients’ strengths, patterns, and development areas, enhancing coaching outcomes.
